Glucochondran bevat 15 % Glucosamine Hydrochloride en 12 % Chondroitin sulfaat.Bij de glucosamine is gekozen voor de hydrochloride verbinding omdat volgens de nieuwste studies deze vorm zuiverder is en beter opgenomen wordt.
Glucochondran wordt speciaal aanbevolen voor opgroeiende dieren en wordt tevens met succes toegepast bij dieren met mobiliteitsproblemen als gevolg van groeistoornissen, ziekteverschijnselen zoals H.D. of ouderdom.
