Fenegriek biedt ondersteuning in de algehele conditie van het dier , kan de weerstand verhogen en spijsvertering verbeteren. Daarnaast kan fenegriek een positieve werking hebben op de melkproductie bij zogende dieren. Fenegriek is rijk aan vitaminen A, B, C, E, kalk , fosfor en vetten.
